If you choose to join us on the Summer Mission Trip come ready to learn, grow in faith, build friendships and serve. We will be partnering with FBC’s missionary partners Pastor Kim & Vicki Swenson as they show the love of Jesus to the Native People on the Lac Du Flambeau Reservation. We will learn about the culture and ministry by meeting and talking with native people, attending a Pow-Wow and touring a local museum. We will grow in faith by attending the Swenson’s weekly gathering and spending purposeful discipleship time together each day. Building Relationship and having fun together is part of the trip as well. We have fun activities planned throughout the trip. We will serve kids by partnering with the local foster care system suppling clothes and other items for their intake room and participate in service projects as we are needed.
