Who doesn’t need some hope and direction these days? Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” God’s Word is like a light in the darkness. It supplies our souls with help to lead our families and direct ourselves in this time of uncertainty.
If you want God’s help and know you need his Word for that, then we have some help for you. If you aren’t already engaged in one, we’ve put together a Bible Reading Plan that lasts about 4 weeks. Each day, 6 days a week, the plan will give you two chapters to read, and once a week, we will share with you a short passage to memorize from your upcoming Bible reading. If you have children at home, this would be a great way to lead them in God’s ways. Show them that you are seeking God. Read one or both passages to them (depending on their age) and memorize the passage. God is with us, FBC. His Word will help you set your mind on things that are above and so see Him.
