Starting next Sunday, Nov. 8, our FBC youth will be selling Javesca Coffee in the church lobby to combat hunger. Here’s how.
- As many of you know, we sell and serve Javesca coffee because Javesca donates a pound of food for every pound of coffee sold. The more coffee that’s sold through this fundraiser means the more food is donated to those in need around the world.
- But through our partnership, all the proceeds of this fundraiser will go to our own FBC food pantry. As stated in the Body Lifeline, 67 families came to receive food in September with a total of 233 people impacted. We have a lot of need in our own community.
For three Sunday (Nov, 8, 15 and 22), our teens will be taking orders. Then, orders can be picked up Sunday, Nov. 29, Dec. 6 or 13. Please prepare to pay at the time of the order.
Buy some coffee yourself; buy some coffee as a gift for the holidays and introduce a friend or a relative to Javesca. And support the work of our teenagers as they seek to make a difference.
